Campus and Student Life at PAC University

PAC is a place where ideas, passions, and questions can be fully explored. With an overwhelming number of campus clubs and student organizations, you’ll find something for every interest and passion. There’s so much to do, countless opportunities to connect, nourish talents, and serve others.

PAC University student activities include:

  1. Student Excursion usually held in the second term. This includes but not limited to visits made to National parks.

  2. Cultural week. The main attraction is the diverse cultural foods prepared by members of the community. The international students play a special part in this week’s activities.

  3. Clubs: The active clubs include the salt shakers drama club; Red cross club; Peer educators club christened Hope beyond despair; and Environmental club.

  4. Sports: Our students are very active in different sporting activities which include: basketball, football, table tennis, Badminton, chess, volley ball, among others. We participate in different tournaments such as, Kenya National Fellowship of Theological and Christian Universities (KNFTCU), Left Foot, and Nairobi Basketball Association.

  5. Student Forums

Each term we hold six forums, three at the beginning and three at the end of the term. Our forums are a safe place where students raise issues and proposals from the council discussed and ratified by the student body. The issues raised are’’ taken through the dean’s office to the various relevant departments and some to management or senate committees.

  6. We conduct Essay writing competitions that are led by the student council to encourage research and proficiency in academic writing.

  7. Community service: Students participate regularly in community service activities that include evangelistic crusade and clean ups.

  8. International students: The University helps the international students to follow up   Kenya Pupils Pass (KPP’s). This helps them to maintain a right status while in the country.

  9. Bonfire: In the months of September each year we hold our annual bonfire event. This is a community event that welcomes the new students who have joined the university throughout the year. The event attracts many students and members of staff. This is normally our last activity of orientation as it gives a social welcome to the new students with lots of food, fun and fellowship.

  10. Health Week: This a time we dedicate to different health concerns in the community. For effectiveness the dean of students’ office identifies different relevant partners such as Kenyatta National Hospital, Blood link, and others to work with as key facilitators. We invite members of the neighboring community to participate as recipients of the services offered
